LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan is likely to visit Islamabad on Monday to get interim bail in the cases against him, ARY News reported on Sunday.
Sources said that PTI chairman Imran Khan is likely to depart for Islamabad from Zaman Park Lahore at 6 am along with party leaders and security staff to get interim bail in the cases.
On the other hand, Islamabad police said that there is no information regarding the possible appearance of PTI chief Imran Khan before the court on Monday (today).
The Capital police said that the force will only make security arrangements after the court orders, adding that only concerned persons will be allowed to enter the court premises.

The spokesperson said if the PTI adopted the past practices to gather activists on the court premises then legal action will be taken by the police.
In a relevant development on Sunday, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan and other leaders in connection with a case registered at a local police station.
Imran Khan along with other 16 PTI leaders have been summoned by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Islamabad for interrogation into a case lodged at the Golra police station.
The PTI leaders who have been summoned for interrogation included Murad Saeed, Aamer Mehmood Kiani, Amjad Niazi, Raja Khurram Nawaz, Ali Amin Gandapur, Shibli Faraz, Asad Umar, Dr Shahzad Waseem, Farrukh Habib, Omar Ayub Khan, Hammad Azhar, Asad Qaiser, Hassaan Khan Niazi, Jamshed Mughal and Imran Khan’s Chief Staff Officer (CSO) Colonel Retired Asim.
